This paper obtained from the tunnel adjacent formation pressure introduced the adjacent formation initial stress condition as well as the adjacent formation loose pressure definite method and introduced the adjacent formation destruction pattern and its the influence factor; Through mechanics analysis which mutually affects to support structure the structure and the adjacent formation, has established the adjacent formation and support structure the structure state of equilibrium. Then, According tunneling characteristics of the force and based on the analysis of the basic theory about the interaction mechanism of surrounding rock and support structure, a computation model is made; a elasto-plastic finite element analysis model was applied to simulate the conventional procedure of tunnel excavation and lining with the finite element. By studying the effects of the parameter of lining, the mechanics of its performance are studied by researching the deformation of excavation, the force of lining and the distribution of axialforce. Finally, a ractical project is studied by the finite clement analysis method and the calculated results are compared with the measured results. The main research work andresults are remarked as follows:The results for a practical project showed the validity of the model and the numerical method, the combination construction model composed by plan stress and beam concomitance with those parameter choose by author can worked on thestress and distortion during the tunnel excavation and lining well. The results for a practical project showed it can be used as supervise of construction. This paper put forward a optimize about the stress of the tunnel in some dangerous place, then validate it with finite element method. The rational basis is offered for constructing and designing and finite element analysis subsequently. Difficulties of specific practical application, finite element analysis in tunnel construction thickness of the reinforced area selection Pretreatment Program and the test excavation program selection, and other aspects will have good references. |
