Most domestic design thinks less of influence which the boiler effect phenomena will impact valve during its running life.Boiler effect phenomena is a kind of initial design failure which will induce common-mode failure.It may cause valve failing to open or destructing the tightness.For some nuclear safety related containment isolation valve,valve trouble may lead to the third barrier damage of nuclear power plants or the safety injection system failure,in order to increase the risk of core damage states.Therefore,this essay tries to analysis this phenomenon,identify valve impacted by boiler effect phenomena,and discuss pertinent improvement solution.This paper studies several factors of the boiler effect in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant and boiler effect caused by nuclear power plants within the part gate valve gate jammed or seal failure problem.By analyzing several gate valve tape which can be affected by boiler effect in nuclear power plant,finally we select the nuclear grade spring type parallel plate gate valve as the research object.Prime study is about the form of the valve,there are several solutions to eliminate boiler effect phenomena.By comparison,Bi-directional single seal of by-pass valve could perfectly eliminate boiler effect phenomena.Then based on the technical requirement of valve body,we can determine structure,dimension,parameter and operational states of bypass valve?The essay focuses on the study about the sealing structure,the sealing performance and the sealing mechanism of bypass valve and optimized key portion such like valve body and disc in order to make the structure easier and more reliable.Moreover essay quantifies the strength stress and natural frequency of the entire bypass system by using 3D modeling,computer simulation and the traditional mechanical calculation?At last,we need to develop an experiment equipment to pass corresponding strength and seal evaluation based on The entire valve structure?This essay states research and analysis about eliminate nuclear grade spring type parallel plate gate effect of the boiler,focus on studying the main body structure of the by-pass valve?sealing mechanism and provided feasible solution to eliminate boiler effect phenomena.
