New urbanization is to improve the quality of urban transformation. The development of urban transport requirements tend intelligent, greening, sustainable development-oriented. Highway passenger transport hub is a key node in town traffic, scientific convergence model, in order to efficiently distributing traffic, reduce interference town internal transportation, promote the quality of urban development.Firstly, through the interpretation of the new urbanization background, analyzing the development direction of urban and passenger transport hub development direction in the new development situation. By analyzing the influence of urban highway passenger transport hub for socio-economic and the status and role of urban in road transportation network structure, the relationship between passenger hub and small towns is studied. The importance of urban road transport is analyzed based on the evolution of urban spatial morphology. From the town transportation characteristic comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of transportation between cities and towns, looking for the development of transport modes.Secondly, from the passenger demand and service capacity of urban passenger hub the influencing factors of generation and supply for urban passenger demand are discussed. Based on combing passenger hub services on the application of bi-level programming model of traffic interchanges prediction. In the course of studying passenger service hub, in analogy with the passenger hub of transportation and the force between charges in physics, simulating the attraction between highway passenger transport hub and internal transportations.Thirdly, through analyzing the convergence capability of slow traffic, buses, taxis and private cars in passenger transfer hub, hub systems competing for the same common source of passenger traffic Cohesion competitiveness is researched, based on competition between biological populations adaptive evolution principle, selecting the best competition, and the coordination and distribution of passenger hub preferred mode of transportation as the dominant mode of convergence. "Public transportation +" mode is for urban highway passenger transport hub and the internal cohesion of urban traffic transfer model for urban transit buses are external transport convergence model.Finally, as Dazong lake for example, predicting "public transport +" convergence model for road passenger convergence model, while meeting the town’s economic development direction, meeting the requirements of sustainable development under the new town green background.
