Gas squeeze film produced by inverse photoelectric effect of piezoelectric material i s a new way to achieve frictionless precision positioning and supporting.Squeeze film bearing is a new kind air bearing, which can be applied to modern high-tech fields and different conditions with typical bearing.Hence it has a broad application prospects in the field of light load, high precision instrument and micromachining. The present work is to design a kind of drive control system, which can realize stable suspension. This paper established squeeze film dynamic characteristic equation as the sliding block guide rail model, analyzed by numerical method to get the influence of vibration parameters on the influence of gas film stiffness and damping.According to theoretical analysis,a kind of control system is designed to drive squeeze film floating platform, realizing stable suspension of suspended platform. The suspended driven control system is consisted by TMS320F28335 chip, signal generator, power amplification module and signal conditioning module. The power module adopts high voltage operational amplifier to drive more groups of push-pull power amplifier circuit.Incremental PID control algorithm is adopted and control program has been developed with C and assembly language in CCS3.3 development environment. The experiment system of squeeze film levitation stage is build. The signal is amplified to drive the levitation and the stability of the platform is verified. The result of experiment shows that the drive control system has the strong drive capability and could meet the requirements of the stability of the suspension platform.
