Study On Thermal Characteristics Of Building Based On Heating Metering System

With the development of heat-metering,regulation of heat-metering system puts forward a higher requirements,There are lots of scholars and experts have been done many studies on the thermal characteristics of building.This article main analysis thermal characteristics of building with heating systems,joined the heating systems in buildings will change thermal properties of building,it not only related to building envelope,but also related to building thermal inertia as other scholars mentioned.This article from delay and attenuation characteristics to analyze the thermal properties of building.Frist,based on the buildings heating system of differential equations,differential equations of heat transfer of typical rooms to establish MATLAB/Simulink simulation model.Use simulation method to analyze the normal heating room temperature and heating load delay characteristics under the influence of outdoor temperature,solar radiation and wind and degree of impact on delay characteristics.In addition,confirmation that water temperature does not affect the delay characteristics of heating room.Then,using the different thermal insulation property house with heating systems as the pattern to analyze attenuation characteristics of temperature and heating load attenuation characteristics.In order to convenient analysis the heat load attenuation characteristics proposes a concept of heating load attenuation coefficient,which can analyze the attenuation characteristics of heating load and compare the temperature and heating load stability with two different thermal performance room.Finally,stating with regulation of outdoor temperature,according to the regulation of outdoor temperature to work out control time period and verify the time period adjustment is reasonable.Solar heat have a great effect on load of room,thus use the simulate method to analyze the contribution rate of solar radiation.Base on the attenuation and delay,heating system strategy and results of indoor temperature result by solar radiation and get suitable for winter heating comprehensive outdoor temperature for application of system engineering.Heat-metering makes the control by user,in order to adapt the user’s own control affect heat-network,heat-network must also be in passive and active to regulate its regulating.The regulation of thermal characteristics is more practical under normal heating State buildings.
