Study On General Diagram Of Assembled Simply Supported Short T-beam

In recent years,with a large number of infrastructure construction,the economic developed rapidly.The rapid growth of highway traffic flow and increasing of highway vehicle load bring about different degree of diseases for a large number of small and medium span bridges,which affect he normal use of the bridges.Especially diseases in widely used hollow slab structures are particularly prominent,and occupy a large proportion in small and medium span bridges.In order to reduce the diseases of hollow slab,the design companies have taken some measures to improve the stress state of the hollow slab structure,but still can not fundamentally avoid the diseases in hollow plate structures.Therefore,it is urgent and important to study a new type of bridge structure to take the place of hollow slab structure.This paper presents the application of assembled low T beam to replace hollow slab structure by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of hollow slab structure,make research on the preparation of general graphs and the following results are obtained:1,Elaborated the basic principle and the content of the general graph research,provides the reference for the colleague.2,Aiming for retaining the advantages of keeping hollow slab with low height and avoiding the common diseases of the hollow plate,the design parameters of assembly type short T beam are analyzed,the reasonable section size of the low T beam and the layout scheme of the low T beam in different subgrade width are determined.In addition,this paper also made research on the assembly type low T beam calculation method,cantilever flanges of anti impact force analysis and construction technology.3,Taking the 10 m span as an example,discussed the mechanical analysis of the assembled short T beamin detail.4,The hollow plate and short T beam were compared from the aspects of social and economic benefits,The advantage of short T beam is obvious,and its cost is lower than that of the same span of the hollow slab structure of about 10%,it is worthy of popularization and application.
