Hollow slab girder bridge is the most widely used bridge type for small and medium Span Bridges.However,the large number of hollow slab girder bridges leads to many typical potential diseases,mainly including cracks at the bottom of hollow slab beam,hinge joint damage,longitudinal cracks of bridge deck pavement.This paper mainly makes statistics and analysis of these issues,describing the characteristics of the diseases and analyzing the causes.The principle of finite element analysis is used as the research method to calculate the overall force of hollow slab beam structure with bridge deck pavement participation,analyzing the influence of the overweight truck and the large cargo transport vehicle on the hollow slab beam,analyzing and sum up the project of the maintenance and reinforcement about the common diseases of the hollow slab girder bridge.The followings are the main research contents and conclusions:1、This paper expounds the background of the research,the development history of hollow slab beam,the characteristics of the structure of the standard drawings of the hollow slab beam,the research status of the common disease and the mechanical behaviors of the structure of the hollow slab girder bridge.2、Base on the background of the project of the bridge inspection,according to classify and statistics the bridge from the type,this study summarizes the common diseases of the hollow slab girder bridge as well as the relationship with these statistical objects and describes the characteristics of the diseases of the hollow slab girder bridge and analyzes the causes.3、This study works on the influence of bridge deck pavement and vehicle load on mechanical behavior of hollow slab girder bridge,focusing on analyzing the influence of the large cargo transport vehicle on mechanical behavior of the hollow slab beam.The content mainly includes the exposition of the characteristics of the large cargo transport,the analysis of safety reserve of hollow slab girder bridge,the calculation of resistance force of the hollow slab girder bridge,the calculation of the load-bearing capacity under the load of the large cargo transport of the hollow slab girder bridge.The method of calculation about the comprehensive modification coefficient Z1 of load-bearing capacity of the hollow slab girder bridge under the load of the large cargo transport is put forward.4、Through the analysis of actual case of the hollow slab girder bridge,this paper describes the project of the maintenance and reinforcement about the common diseases of the hollow slab girder bridge,focusing on analyzing the calculation and design of reinforcement about pasting the longitudinal steel plate and carbon fiber fabric under the hollow slab beam.The influences of the project of reinforcement on mechanical behavior of hollow slab girder bridge are in the scope of research as well. |
