Bulldozers are indispensable equipment in national infrastructure,and bulldozers play an important role in various projects.But the existing bulldozer has the disadvantages of low efficiency,high fuel consumption and poor emission.In recent years,construction machinery manufacturers have worked hard to develop new types of bulldozers.With the rapid application of microelectronic technology in machines and vehicles and the rapid development of control theory,the bulldozer of electric drive system has become an important direction of bulldozer research and development.The driving system of the electric drive bulldozer is relatively simple,the fuel consumption and emission are relatively low,and the efficiency of the whole machine is relatively high.The performance of the vehicle controller is an important factor affecting the performance of electric drive dozer,which receives from each sub control system of vehicle controller and the sensor data,through the analysis of operational data,sends instructions to the controlled object.This paper mainly studies how to design the whole controller of the electric drive bulldozer reasonably,and then develops a whole controller of the electric drive crawler bulldozer.The main research work is as follows:1.The background and significance of the research are introduced.Different transmission systems for engineering vehicles are analyzed and compared.The advantages and disadvantages of the electric drive system are analyzed.The research status of vehicle controller at home and abroad is briefly introduced.2.The whole structure of the electric control system of the electric drive crawler bulldozer is analyzed.The input and output signal flow of the whole vehicle controller is worked out.The functional requirements of the whole vehicle controller are determined.3.The hardware of the whole vehicle controller is designed based on dsPIC30F4011 chip.The main circuit modules of the design include: minimum control system circuit,power supply protection circuit,analog signal processing circuit,digital signal processing circuit,CAN communication circuit,UART communication circuit,PWM signal output circuit.4.The control strategy of the whole vehicle controller for the whole vehicle is designed.The communication protocol of CAN bus in vehicle control system is designed.In the MPLAB IDE software,the software program of the whole vehicle controller is written in C language.5.The whole vehicle controller software is debugged online through the online debugger MPLAB ICD2.The debugging result verifies that the communication of the whole vehicle controller is normal.The whole vehicle controller is adjusted on the simulation platform of bulldozer.Various driving conditions of bulldozer are simulated by experiment.The experimental results show that the whole vehicle controller can realize the effective control of the drive system.
