Abstract/Summary:
The driving mode of electric vehicles can be divided into two types,namely centralized driving and distributed driving.When the vehicle is in the centralized driving mode,the torque of the driving wheels on both sides is consistent,and the driving stability on the straight road is high;when the vehicle is in the distributed driving mode,the torque of the driving wheels on both sides can be independently controlled,and the vehicle passes through.Higher sex.However,when the single-side wheel of the vehicle in the centralized driving mode is slipping,the vehicle cannot be taken out due to the influence of the differential;when the single-side driving wheel of the vehicle in the distributed driving mode fails,the vehicle cannot travel stably.The main research object of this paper is the dual-mode coupled drive system controller.This system combines the advantages of the two drive modes and selects the most suitable drive mode in the corresponding road conditions,which significantly improves the driving performance of the electric vehicle.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working characteristics of the dual-mode coupled drive system,the functional requirements of the controller are determined.According to the actual working conditions,the main chip model is selected,and the external circuit of the main chip is designed.The minimum system design,the power supply circuit,and the external circuit of the CAN network are respectively an external circuit that collects and processes current and voltage,controls an external circuit of the shift motor,etc.(2)The shift control strategy of the dual-mode coupled drive system is established.The dual-mode coupled drive system model is built in the software and the control logic program is developed.The effectiveness of the established control logic is verified by shift simulation.(3)In order to verify the correctness of the shift control strategy of the dual-mode coupled drive system,the prototype of the prototype dual-mode coupled drive system was tested on the dynamometer for the shift and drive motor speed control,and in the actual vehicle test,Linear acceleration shift test for dual-mode coupled drive system using dSPACE rapid prototyping system.(4)In order to verify the centralized and distributed driving characteristics of the dual-mode coupled drive system,the starting control of the test vehicle is carried out on the road surface.The torque output characteristics of the dual-mode coupled drive system were investigated and verified on the gantry.The triggering conditions for the shifting on the road surface of the slope are formulated,and the driving control effect is verified.The test proves that the dual-mode coupling drive system improves the driving performance of the vehicle on the road surface.
