The traffic congestion of cities is being on the rise and the resources allocated to the transport by cities are limited,intensifying the contradiction between supply and demand.Then the concept of ITS is raised to fundamentallly improve traffic conditions and ease traffic jams by means of high-tech management and technology.Therefore,the real-time and dynamic route guidance models based on the current complicated traffic networks are studied,and the dynamic navigation softwares under the Internet of Vehicles are developed.The goal of global optimal via user optimal is achieved and endowed with higher value of academic research and technological development.The article,in order to attain the more efficient optimization of dynamic routes in real-time traffic networks,conducts the design,extension and characteristic study on basic algorithm models related to shortest routes.It also designs and develops the work on dynamic navigation softwares and so on under the Internet of Vehicles.First,it studies and concludes the development course of the algorithm related to the shortest route,devises a algorithm aiming at the demand features of vehicle localization,raises the concepts,operating mechanism and mathematic models of designing the search of the shortest route.Second,it studies the features and complexity of static algorithm and expand the functions of algorithm.It program and operates the algorithm in MATLAB and verify how the results are correctly and effectively conducted.Based on this,it studies how the algorithm is applicable to pratical traffic areas and how operates efficiently.Third,the research,based on the cities' characteristics of the model of traffic networks,devises dynamic algorithm related to the shortest route.It devises and simulate the simulated cases,texting how the algorithm is exercises effectively.Fourth,it employs a serie of ArcGIS softwares as a application platform,builds internet data of traffic networks under Arc GIS Desktop and sets up the data for analyzing the optimal route.It also uses C# programming language and the best practical programming language combining system development and application development.It devises and implements dynamic route guidance system softwares built on the integrated and secondary development platform of ArcGIS Engine included in the series of ArcGIS 9.3 and the development environment of Visual Studio.NET 2008.
