In modern electric system, Available Transfer Capacity has great impact on the safety and reliability of the whole system, the power system won't run safely and reliably without enough ATC. And in Power Market ATC has become a key parameter, which influences the efficiency in trading power. Considering state safety constraints, the paper builds an ATC model based on Artificial Intelligence Algorithms. The paper proposes two new modified Artificial Intelligence Algorithms, which improves the accuracy and speed of ATC research. At last, the proposed algorithms have been validated on a 30 bus IEEE reliable test system and analyses the results of Benders Decomposition Algorithm,Artificial Fish Algorithm,Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm, objectively evaluates the practicability and the validity of each Artificial Intelligence Algorithm in ATC.
