In winter with low temperature environment,part of road,bridge and tunnel portal,due to the combined effects of ambient temperature,wind and humidity,is prone to icing which lead to the reduction of pavement friction coefficient,and easily cause traffic accidents,which have great influence on traffic capacity and traffic safety.At present,there are many ways to remove snow and ice,But they have many disadvantages,such as large manpower and material consumption,damage to pavement structure and low efficiency of snow melting.Compared with other methods,the heating cable method has the advantages of high heating efficiency,no pollution,good thermal stability and so on.In this paper,carbon fiber heating wire is used as the conductive material to study the heating and heating of the heating cable.First of all,by analysing the causes of the sunshine,wind speed,humidity,temperature and other aspects leading to road icing,and combined with road design,environment,pavement conditions and other factors,summarize the characteristics of highly icing section of highway,propose an evaluation criteria of road danger classes to determine the applicable section of the built-in carbon fiber melt ice road technology.Secondly,analyze the material characteristics of the carbon fiber heating wire in terms of the structure,the outer skin,the specifications and the diameter of the carbon fiber heat transmitting wire.Combining with the characteristics of pavement structure,construction convenience and ice melting efficiency,the layout of the carbon fiber heating line,laying spacing and other aspects of the proposed carbon fiber heating line in the asphalt concrete pavement layout method.Then,according to the research of indoor experiment,the finite element software ABAQUS is finally chosed,model the same size building and environmental conditions as the experimental test,and the thermo-physical parameters of concrete with different values were selected to ensure that the parameters were within the reasonable parameters,The surface temperature is compared with the measured value,and the reliability of the model is verified.Finally,Taking the low temperature environment pavement as the subject investigated and build the built-in carbon fiber melt ice road model.Simulate in an acceptable preheat time.To meet the requirements of different ambient temperature and wind speed combination,it is necessary to design the spacing and power of the carbon fiber heat transmission line reasonably,and define the scope of application of the method.
