In recent years,China's used car industry has developed rapidly.Used car trading has become an important part of the automobile industry circulation.Used car appraisal is the inevitable outcome of the development of second-hand car industry.Identification evaluation can promote the fair trade of used cars,and can guarantee the healthy development of the used car industry.Although China's used car market has broad prospects for development,but there are many problems.The purpose of this paper is to improve the used car detection method,to improve the used car evaluation value assessment model,and to verify the improved model,by the case study of the used car appraisal.In this paper,the analysis of the used car technology status detection method.The vehicle analysis rating,in accordance with the general conditions,structural damage,non structural damage,appearance,interior,etc.Then,the paper analyzes the replacement cost method.This paper is based on the theory of appraisal of used car,Through the comparison of various evaluation methods,the replacement cost method is chosen as the basic method of used car appraisal.On the basis of the technical status appraisal,the use of vehicle rating to determine the coefficient of each influencing factor for the newness rate of used cars.This method is more scientific and reasonable in application,we determine the new method of used car appraisal finally.Finally,through the case analysis,the accuracy of the new method is verified,and the reliability of the improved method is determined.
