| With the rapid development of highway construction in our country,many projects have to face the problem of how to deal with the goaf.Although there are many successful cases in the management of the mined out area under the highway,the new project still faces many problems because of the different engineering geological conditions of the mined out area under the different highway.In this paper,Urumqi city highway goaf treatment project based on engineering technology,combined with field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods,the stope stability,gob treatment technology,grouting quality detection is studied,the main work is as follows:(1)In the process of coal mining,the stability of the ground surface under different strata movement mode is evaluated;by means of probability integral method,the surface movement and deformation of coal seam mining are predicted,and the surface residual movement and deformation caused by the mining of 45#,43# and 42# are calculated;the protective coal pillar area should be compared with the existing safe coal pillar area,and the stable area and deformation area of coal pillar are divided.(2)By using finite difference software FLAC3 D,the establishment of the proposed road section k21+110~K21+810 geological model,simulating coal mining process,the self weight stress strain and plastic zone change rules of coal seam roof,ground and safety of coal pillar under the action of force;and compared the results of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results.(3)The treatment method of mined out area of the project is compared and selected.The influence of three parameters,the width of grouting,the depth of grouting and the distance between grouting holes,on the treatment effect is revealed by numerical simulation.Finally,according to the engineering data,combined with the results of numerical simulation,the optimal processing parameters are determined.(4)For drilling and grouting construction points of goaf management are studied,this paper introduces the grouting quality detection method,and analyses the test results of various methods. |
