In recent years, with the fast development of the economy in China, the construction of highway has been developed rapidly and the road became more and more dense. At the same time, China is a major coal mining country. Various coal mining areas are distributed throughout the country. If the highway is constructed on the mined out area, it will be inevitably encounter the prediction of the surface movement and deformation on the mined out area and the engineering management problems. Therefore, the stability evaluation of highway and the engineering management for the highway become extremely important.The subsidence of mined out area can cause the safety hidden trouble to the highway roadbed and road surface. How to predict the surface movement and deformation is an urgent problem to be solved at present. This dissertation used the basic theory of probability integral method. Calculated the formula of surface movement and deformation parameters under different mining conditions. Through the practical engineering, the displacement value of the surface deformation in the mining area is predicted. The analysis is focused on the condition of limited mining under the condition of no complete mining. The variation of main parameters of mining depth, mining thickness and surface deformation. Drawn the deformation curves of the main parameters of the main section of the mined out area. According to the predicted deformation curve, obtained the relationship between mining depth, mining thickness and main deformation parameters of the surface and the corresponding function relation formula is given. In practical engineering, it can be used to predict the surface movement deformation parameters according to the actual mining situation. At the same time, summarized the coordination theory of highway subgrade and pavement and the deformation coordination design method. The method is applied to the surface subsidence control engineering on the mined out area of the Qincheng road.Relying on the Hebei provincial No.251 road of Banbidian County in Funing village surface subsidence control project of the mined out area. Via the engineering treatment technology such as the soil replacement, slope treatment, modified asphalt sliding layer and filling grouting. Combined with the actual geological and topographic deformation survey results before and after the project management. Analyze the deformation and failure law of highway subgrade and pavement by using the application of probability integral method. The comparison between the surface slope, the surface curvature and the horizontal deformation of the road surface subsidence control project was obtained before and after treatment. This study further illustrates the significance of engineering management and proved that the probability integral method is the correct and scientific method to predict the movement and deformation of mining surface.This dissertation is based on the further research of the surface movement and deformation of mined out area. Providing the guiding significance of the research, design and construction of highway subgrade and pavement deformation control for the engineering of highway through the mined out area. For the more, it provides a necessary foundation for disaster prevention and reduction of highway construction projects.
