| Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the Jilin seasonal frozen area highway has made rapid development,but some of the highway asphalt pavement will soon open up the rutting,cracks,polishing and other early diseases.The reason is that,in addition to the partial asphalt pavement structure is not reasonable,but also with the seasonal frozen area suitable for the construction season short,low temperature construction quality control problems.Jilin Province autumn and winter season is cold and long,this environment will lead to the construction of asphalt pavement compaction and asphalt mixture performance deterioration.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of reducing the construction temperature of asphalt mixture,prolonging the construction season of asphalt mixture and ensuring the construction quality of asphalt mixture.Based on this,this paper systematically studies the key technologies of PRLT~@ modified asphalt,PRLT~@ asphalt mixture and PRLT~@ mixture low temperature construction based on Jilin Changchun-Shuangliao asphalt pavement project.According to the climate change law such as temperature,humidity and freezing in Jilin frozen area,the relationship between asphalt pavement disease and low temperature construction of asphalt mixture was studied.The demand of low temperature construction technology in Jilin frozen area was analyzed.Based on elastic recovery test and bending(BBR),the relationship between the PRLT~@ content and the elastic recovery rate and creep rate of the asphalt was analyzed.The optimum range of PRLT @ additive was determined.The thermal properties of PRLT~@ modified asphalt,including differential scanning(DSC)And thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),revealing the mechanism of PRLT~@ modified asphalt cooling and asphalt mixing performance improvement.According to the traffic condition and climate characteristics of Jilin frozen area,the design and requirements of asphalt mixture in Jilin frozen area are put forward.Based on the volume principle of asphalt mixture,the relationship between the compaction temperature and the porosity of PRLT @ asphalt mixture was established,and the construction temperature of PRLT~@ asphalt mixture was determined.On the basis of this,the effects of different PRLT~@ additive on the high temperature performance,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue properties of the asphalt mixture were studied.The effects of PRLT~@content and asphalt mixture on the dynamic stability,bending strain energy,Freeze-thaw splitting strength and fatigue life,and established the fatigue equation of PRLT~@ asphalt mixture,and finally determined the optimum dosage of PRLT~@.Finally,in order to verify the PRLT~@ asphalt mixture construction of the cooling effect and improvement of road performance,paving PRLT~@ asphalt pavement test section,put forward PRLT~@ asphalt asphalt pavement construction key technology,and analysis of PRLT~@ Material economic and social benefits.In this study,it is of great practical significance to provide theoretical and technical support for the PRLT~@ asphalt mixture low temperature construction technology in the asphalt pavement in the frozen area and other low temperature areas. |
