During construction period and the operating period,the stability of the treated landslide directly affects the construction investment,the construction schedule and the operation safety of the highway.The stability,maintenance,real-time dynamic monitoring,evaluation and early warning forecast of treated landslide are keys to the highway safety operation,which have become the hotspot and difficulty of scholars both at home and abroad.Landslide engineering management and monitoring process involves a large number of spatial and non-spatial data,systematic analysis and scientific management to these data are the basis of landslide stability evaluation and early warning and forecasting and play an important significance in ensuring the safety of the highway operation and the property safety of the people.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,the use of RIA/JavaScript technology which can reduce the demand for the server of system operation,which has a good balance the load on the server and provide an new platform for the study of treatment of landslide management and prediction of early warning,makes real-time dynamic monitoring and stability evaluation of landslide become a reality.Currently,the difficulty of real-time monitoring,early warning and forecast of treated landslide is how to efficiently manage a large number of multi-source landslide engineering treatment and monitoring data,scientifically integrated forecasting early warning model,to set up the early warning indicators and early warning forecast hierarchies as well as real-time information release.With a combination of the management and monitoring data of "Weiyu Highway" and "Tongxun Highway" two demonstration project of Shaanxi province,based on ArcGIS Server platform and RIA/Java Script technology as well as the.NET MVC framework,this paper developed highway landslide monitoring and early warning system,realized the effective organization,system management,spatial query,statistical analysis,and other functions of landslide monitoring information.The system integrated nonlinear regression forecast model and GM(1,1)forecast model and different types of engineering treatment(anti-slide pile retaining structure and framework supporting structure)landslide early warning model,based on the early warning forecast criterion to construct the warning level,realized the comprehensive prediction and early warning information release of engineering treatment landslide combining qualitative and quantitative landslide methods.The main findings are as follows:(1)With an application of treated landslide governance and monitoring data,based on SQL Server and Geo-database platform,establishing monitoring and early warning database of expressway to realize the scientific,unified and centralized management of engineering treatment landslide data and providing data support for the forecast warning of engineering landslide.(2)Based on the.net MVC,RIA/JavaScript technology,the nonlinear regression and the GM(1,1)prediction model,the anti-slide pile retaining structure,the landslide early warning model of anchor cable framework retaining structure are integrated into the highway treated landslide monitoring and early warning system,which laid the theory basis for the stability evaluation of engineering landslide.(3)On the basis of treatment measures of engineering landslide to determine the landslide early warning indicators and hierarchies,early warning indicators mainly include rainfall,the surface displacement and deep displacement and structure of lattice)(anti-slide pile,retaining wall,displacement and structural stress(loss of prestress and tensioning of anchorage segment of stress and strain),the grades are yellow,orange and red.Based on the real-time monitoring value and prediction value of model,the warning forecast of the landslide was realized by combining the warning level.(4)Highway treated landslide monitoring and early warning system has achieved the function of comprehensive early warning and forecasting by the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,making prediction the deformation trend,sliding time,place and intensity of treated landslide,and sending mobile phone text messages to the related users in order to verify and make preventive measures in time to effectively ensure the safety of expressway operation.
