In order to replace the existing artificial press-fit,our school has developed an automatic press machine which put the nozzle in Double nozzle baffle valve efficiently and accurately press into the nozzle base for the aerospace factory,but at present,the equipment has a low press-fit success rate due to nozzle creeping problem,and the quality of the press-fit is difficult to control.Therefore,this paper studies the mechanism of nozzle creeping and the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the creeping phenomenon through theoret ical analysis,calculation,finite element simulation,optimized design and nozzle compression test,thus solving the above problems.The mechanical structure of the original ultrasonic vibration nozzle press-fit system and the working principle of the fee d mechanism are introduced,and then use the ANSYS workbench software to complete the modal analysis to get the natural frequency of the first ten orders of the feed structure of the ultrasonic vibration nozzle press-fit system and the corresponding vibration,and the weak link mechanism of the press-fit system is found out through the results analysis,finally,the corresponding measures are put forward to improve the dynamic performance of ultrasonic vibration nozzle pressing system.Theoretically analyzed the mechanism of nozzle creeping phenomenon,and then proved ultrasonic vibration can effectively solve the creeping problem in the actual nozzle pressing process by calculation.a series of finite element simulation of the ultrasonic vibration nozzle pr essing process was carried out by ANSYS workbench software,Compared conventional press with ultrasonic vibration presses and studied the influence of the amplitude and frequency of ultrasonic vibration on the creeping phenomenon.A series of optimized design of the original ultrasonic vibration nozzle press-fit system was carried out through the above theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,and introduced the overall design and working principle of the new press-fit system.The software program of ultrasonic vibration nozzle pressing system is designed using Lab VIEW programming software.Finally carried out the relevant nozzle compression test,then the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the creeping phenomenon was verified,and found out the best ultrasonic vibration amplitude and the control method in the press-fit process for improving the phenomenon of nozzle creeping.
