The motor frame belongs to thin-walled parts with low radial stiffness and high precision of shape and position.In the process of machinery,the problem of coaxial precision beyond tolerance of axis line of the rabbet of two ends of the motor frame is easy to appear.The problem,needs to be solved,is a common problem in the motor industry.In this paper,a new technical scheme of the motor frame processing should be formulated,and a new technical equipment of the motor frame processing matching with the new technical scheme should be designed.the rabbet of two ends of the motor frame and the hole of the rotor core will be processed in one time clamping,which should be resolved the problem of coaxial precision beyond tolerance of axis line of the rabbet of two ends of the motor frame.This paper should carry out the research from these following aspects:First,based on the analysis of the technical scheme of the motor frame,the main reason of coming into being coaxially error should be found out,and the measures to reduce the coaxially error should be put forward.Based on the research of the current domestic and foreign technology and equipment,the main reason of coming into being coaxially error should be found out,and the measures to reduce the coaxially error should be put forward.The problem of fitting clearance between locating mould and motor frame rabbets should be resolved,and datum position error should be eliminated.the technical scheme that the rabbet of two ends of the motor frame and the hole of the rotor core will be processed in one time clamping should be formulated.At the same time,a new technical scheme,in which the factors of aging treatment,blank manufacturing precision,cutting tool and cutting parameter selection should be considered,should be formulated.Second,based on the new technical scheme of the motor frame,a new technical equipment of the motor frame processing matching with the new technical scheme should be designed.the rabbet of two ends of the motor frame and the hole of the rotor core will be processed in one time clamping.The centering device makes use of the conical surface the squeezing effect of the elastic expansion sleeve,so that the elastic expansion sleeve is tightly pressed on inner rabbet of two ends of the motor frame to realize the centering positioning.The positioning error analysis and calculation are carried out to solve the problem of positioning accuracy.The clamping device makes use of the screw clamping device to clamp the motor frame axially.The size of the clamping force should be calculated,and the reasonable clamping device should be determined to ensure the reliability of clamping.The gear transmission device realize the lifting of the centering device.The cone locking device is used to self locking.The UG software is used to simulate the process equipment and simulate the clamping process to verify the rationality of the structure and the operability of the implementation process.Third,the core components of the equipment are designed to determine the material,structure and parameters.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the contact stress to obtain the stress and deformation distribution.The reliability of elastic expansion sleeve design is verified.
