In recent years,whether in domestic or international,the shear wall structure are highly favored the construction industry,the main reason is the overall space performance,seismic characteristics significantly,in carrying capacity more than other structural advantages.In this paper,27 groups of models are designed by orthogonal model test,and each model is in line with the existing standards and procedures in our country.For each group of models are respectively studied the period and mode of vibration to determine the factors affecting the dynamic response of the interlayer displacement,floor shear deformation and displacement of the bearing capacity,the influence of the structure strongly against shear,torsional stiffness,lateral factors screening torsional stiffness effect of shear wall,further to determine the sensitive factors,the shear wall shear wall length,thickness and strength grade of concrete,is a sensitive factor of the lateral stiffness of the structure,the anti torsion stiffness have an effect but not the sensitive factor,shear wall position from the layout of the centroid distance is affected by its sensitivity torsional stiffness factor.The comprehensive cost objective function is more appropriate to limit the reasonable investment,get the best design quality,combined with the existing provisions of the constraint specification for pipe and facade rules,strength parameters,structural requirements,using complex method and MATLAB program to design in optimization.The design of shear wall structure optimization is analyzed and dynamic earthquake and wind load,but also the interlayer displacement,floor shear deformation and displacement of bearing capacity,from the analysis of the optimized structure of earthquake and wind load,dynamic response characteristics of deformation and internal force in many aspects,the optimization effect is good.
