With the advanced development of modern weapons and equipment,the new load,especially nonlinear load has become increasingly diverse,vehicle power supply for its stable running and reliable power supply,it has become the field training military weapons and equipment indispensable power source.How to ensure the vehicle war training the safety and reliability of the power load,and how to locate fault location when the vehicle power supply fails promptly and accurately,how to use and manage the vehicle power supply well has become a significant and urgent work.Based on these about 30 k W on vehicle power supply as the background,the main research work for the following aspects:1)Calibration and establishment of model of the vehicle of supping powerIn this thesis,the vehicle of supping power can be divided into diesel engine speed regulation and generator excitation,which is based on the composition and internal structure of the vehicle of supping 30 k W power.Then complete parameter settings of the vehicle power system and correct parameters of simulation system model in accordance with the characteristic curve of the generator.To test and verify the accuracy of the model,Related entity experiment was carried out in 30 k W test platform,the results are analyzed in comparison with the established simulation system under the same experimental results analyzed on the basis of nine performance indicators in GJB1488-1992 and the classification guidelines of the four types of plant in GJB235A-1997.2)The match of vehicle power supply and a class of nonlinear load prediction modelConsideration of nonlinear load in actual war training types of diversity and complexity of modeling,after accurate vehicle power supply model is established,research the most widely used load single phase uncontrolled rectifier capacitance filter type nonlinear load deeply.Firstly,finish the nonlinear load simulation model;Secondly,in the different load power and rate under different dc voltage ripple,through a series of simulation experiments,obtain the relevant data;Finally,ELM method respectively,vehicle power ability to nonlinear load forecasting model is established,the specific dc voltage ripple under non-linear load optimal filter capacitance matching prediction model,and implemented in the GUI,30 k W for vehicle power supply provide a basis for the actual carrying a class of nonlinear load.3)The research about the method of vehicle power fault diagnosisConsidering the military users demand of vehicle power supply fault diagnosis and maintenance,focusing on the vehicle power supply common failure types of fault diagnosis methods based on the vehicle power supply simulation model has been established.First of all,according to the vehicle power supply in the actual use of common failures identified in this article to study the fault types;Secondly,in the thorough analysis of vehicle power working mechanism and concluded on the basis of expert experience,determine the reason of the fault symptom and the corresponding relationship;Then on the vehicle power supply simulation platform has been established to simulate fault type experiment,and note all kinds of fault sample data;Finally,PNN method is adopted to establish the vehicle power supply common fault classification model,and through the GUI interface between artificial instructions are given to realize the vehicle power supply common faults diagnosis,timely maintenance to provide the basis for military users.
