Hydraulic transmission wind turbine bases on hydraulic technology,the wind generator adopts flexible transmission device instead of traditional hydraulic mechanical device rigidity.The overall weight and volume of the unit are reduced,the failure rate of the unit is reduced,and the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost are reduced.In this paper,the quantitative pump variable motor hydraulic drive type of wind turbine is taken as the research object,the main requirements of the grid connected output speed and power generation are studied.Firstly,this paper introduces the composition structure of the hydraulic transmission wind turbine,and analyzes the working principle and mathematical model of each module from the characteristics of wind speed.The speed and power control of synchronous generator and the influence factors of the speed control of variable speed motor are put forward.Then,according to quantitative pump-variable motor mathematical model and the main transmission system master control mathematical model,the nonlinear relationship between the swash plate angle and the rotation speed and the pressure of the variable motor is dealt with by linearization method.Through the analysis of the main control system mathematical model diagram speed and power closed loop control method is proposed,using the factors that influence the speed and power of indirect control variable motor angular,satisfies the requirement of generator interconnection of speed and power output.At last,the modeling and simulation.The simulation model of the whole unit is set up,which is connected with the MATLAB software interface by AMESIM hydraulic simulation software.By studying the speed and power curve,using an optimized fuzzy control algorithm simulation results of PID control under the different quantitative pump rotation speed,the variable speed input-the purpose of constant speed output control is achieved,and verified the adoption of the correctness of the rotate speed and power closed loop control method,the optimization of controller is reasonable.
