With the intensification of traditional energy crisis, people pay more and more attention to the utilization of the renewable energy, and as a sustainable energy which has largely exploitation prospects with large density, ocean energy is gradually paid more attention, therefore, comprehensive exploitation and utilization of ocean energy resources is an important trend of renewable energy utilization.This paper mostly studies the comprehensive development and utilization of the offshore wind and wave energy, and using hydraulic transmission systems for energy conversion and transmission, and focusing on the speed-control in the wind energy and wave energy complementary power generation unit with hydraulic transmission through modeling simulation and experimental analysis.Firstly, there is a theoretical study and optimization design for hydraulic drive system of wind and wave power generation, and establishes the hydraulic system scheme finally. In addition, calculates the parameters of hydraulic components of the wind and wave power generation, and carries out the main hydraulic elements selection to lay the foundation of experimental and engineering prototype.Next, this paper introduces the hydraulic type wind turbine speed control principle, namely through the adoption of the variable pump to control the motor speed stability, and then the mathematical models of wind turbine, pump-motor loop, variable hydraulic control mechanism and the generator are establised completing the hydraulic motor velocity control through AMESim-Simulink co-simulation analysis.Thirdly, the speed control principle of wave power generation is introduced, that is through the adoption of the variablemotor and multi-float power technology to control the motor speed stability. The mathematical models of hydraulic system of wave power generation are establised completing the hydraulic motor velocity control through AMESim simulation analysis. Meanwhile, the simulation analysis of speed-control in the wind energy and wave energy power unit with hydraulic transmission is establised and the results show that hydraulic system can keep wave generator speed under control.Finally, the experimental research is conducted on the hydraulic type of wind turbine and sea wave power system test research, and experimental results show that the hydraulic drive system with accumulator and displacement of hydraulic motor can keep wave generator speed under control.
