Study On Construction Management And Risk Prevention Of Elevator Project For Colleges And Universities

With the rapid economic development,strengthening the security management,become a priority work in manage department of colleges and universities? However,there is still a lack of relevant laws and regulations on how to carry out elevator supervision and old elevator forced retirement years.College administrators are more aware of the prevention of weak.The running status of elevator is directly related to the safety of college students' life and property safety.It is very necessary to study on the safety management of elevator construction and control elevator safety risk to enhance the management level of elevator project in Colleges and Universities.How to promote harmonious campus,safe campus and stable campus has become a new topic.First of all,this paper researches the present situation of elevator management according to relevant literature,and study on elevator safety laws and regulations.Then,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the elevator work and the lack of safety management in Colleges and Universities,such as huge number of old elevators,lag of management maintenance methods,lack of contingency measures,deficiency of publicity and education,especially,information supervision system.Secondly,this paper excavates deeply in construction of elevator project management system,though analysis of influencing factors.Application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the paper established the risk assessment system of each index in the elevator management system,and verification the validity and utility of the model.At last part,this paper propose countermeasures on how to improve the present situation of Universities and strengthening elevator management in colleges and universities this paper will play a positive effect to provide reference for improving safety management in Chinese universities.
