Research And Design Of Networked Intelligent Blood Sedimentation Analyzer

Red blood cells' sedimentation rate referred to as RS,which is an important parameter in modern clinical medicine.Traditional measuring method of Blood sedimentation value is westergren method,it is a manual method,which can't meet the demand of modern clinical medical.Thus this paper studies a rapid method for measuring the blood sedimentation,and develop a networked intelligent analyzer to measure blood sedimentation rapidly at the same time,the research has a good theoretical significance and important value of engineering.This paper mainly studies and designs the networked intelligent RS analyzer.Firstly,this paper introduces a rapid method for measuring the blood sedimentation,the method increase tube diameter to speed up red blood cells sedimentation rate,thus reduce the measuring time from 1 hour to 30 minutes,and then mapping red blood cells sedimentation value to a standard clinical blood sedimentation by the least-square method in math.Those realized the fast algorithms for the calculation of RS,and reduces the measuring time under the precondition of ensuring the premise of measurement accuracy.Secondly,in order to achieve the large quantities of rapid blood sedimentation measurement,the paper applies single-chip technology,analog electronic circuit technology and mechanical design techniques to design a 40 channels fast RS measurement device,as well as introduces the theory of RS measurement,the detection method of red blood cell layer position,and detailed description of the RS value procedure.What's more,this paper clear and implements a network plan use Ethernet as communication mode specific to hospital environment.Using the hospital router,it connect MCU module,client and server effectively and implements valid communication between the three.In order to describe the process of the RS more intuitively,the paper shows RS curve graph on both the side of server and client besides touch screen module of instrument.It also realized the barcode scanning input while preserving traditional keyboard input considering the feature of modern hospital.At last,the paper expounds the whole implementation method of network intelligent RS analyzer,introduces the composition and calculation method of network,hardware and software of RS test system,and designs and improves RS analyzer which composed of the detection system by control of single chip microcomputer,client and server,realized remote data sharing,data storage and data analysis.
