With the rapid development of automobile industry,requirement for the performance of vehicles is getting higher and higher.Especiallytheengine requires high speed,high power and high reliability,so the higher requirements for reliability of engine lubrication system have been put forward.The engine oil cooler,as the devices to keep the engine lubricating oil cool,is an important part in the cooling system of automobile engine,whichhas a great influence on engine power,economy and reliability.According to the actual field testand the customer's technical agreement,this paper developed a set of non-standard automated system equipment based onS7-300 PLC for measure and control of oil cooler.Which can detect the performance of the oil cooler,such as height,weight,flatness,leakage rate and so on,real-time monitoring,data storage,data management,sorting and recycling and so on.For the overall design of the equipment,this paper firstly illustrates the composition of the entire test system,introduces the composition and function of the 8 subsystems,and analyzes process flow and control mode.According to the task requirements of the test,the path of the robot is planned.Pressure transmission as the power source,this paper designed the entire air pressure system,especially when detecting air tightness,the high and low voltage switching and automatic calibration of the pneumatic system schematic.The hardware and software of the control system are designed.The whole system takes PLC(Programmable Logical Controller)as the control core,establishes the PROFIBUS DP fieldbus communication network,build a master station based on Siemens S7-300 PLC,and use WINCC monitoring system to build another master station,Touch-screen and two IM 153-1module as slave station in the communication network.Siemens Programming Software Step7 is used for programmingPLC,design each function subroutine of the system,including system hand/automatic control and so on.Based on the WinCC configuration software,monitoring and Control System is designed,which has the functions of data storage and analysis,historical data query,fault diagnosis and alarm.The connection between SQL database and WINCC is by way of ODBC(Open Database Interconnection).The RobotStudio software is used to program the path of the ABB manipulator,which realizes the automatic transfer of the product in each station.Sumlink emulation is used to provide the basis for air tightness testing point parameter settings on the site.At present,the measureand control system of oil coolerhas been debugged,and has been put to use,which has completed final acceptance,the site operation proves that the equipment is reliable and meet the requirements of the testing process.
