With the expansion of the city scale and the extension of the water supply pipe network,the management of the water supply network system is becoming more and more complex,and the risk of the operation of the pipe network system is higher and higher.In order to ensure the safe operation of water supply system,establishment and the original to pipe network equivalent of the physical simulation model,for the analysis of the actual pipe network operation condition and to predict judgment of actual network risk and reduce losses due to the accident of the network has important practical significance.Through the domestic and foreign model data access,construction methods of pipe network’s physical model were deeply studied.At the same time in Weinan City Linwei district and the actual water supply network as an example,through the construction and raw water supply pipe network similar to the physical network simulation model,and through the theory and the actual combination,the data model for analysis of construction method of physical simulation model and related parameters.This paper studies the method of constructing the physical model of water supply network.Through access to relevant literature of domestic and foreign water supply pipe network’s physical model,to actual water supply network as the research object,through the construction and raw water supply pipe network similar to the physical network simulation model,take way of combining theoretical analysis and network simulation,analysis of the running state of the actual pipe network under various operating conditions.The main contents of this paper include:1.Combined with practical Weinan City Linwei district water supply pipe network,using network simplification of theory and method of complex urban water supply pipe network is simplified.For pressure distribution as the constraint limits,by network theory calculation and actual pipe network operation data comparison results to verify the operation status of the simplified method can better reflect the original pipe network pressure distribution and the whole network.Considering the engineering investment and other factors,the physical model of pipe network is designed and constructed.2.Through the analysis of the pipe network layout and operating characteristics,combined with field test distribution,selection of the experimental model of network scale(λL=150,λD=5),discusses the abnormal similarity theory to build the foundation of network physical model method and steps.The physical model of the simplified state of the pipe network is designed and constructed,and the design parameters of the model are obtained.3.The software EPANETH of the actual pipe network simplification results and the physical model of running state of simulation,the number of pressure changes with similar characteristics,network model can reflect the actual pipe network pressure distribution and operating conditions,indicating that this network model to study the actual pipe network has practical value.4.Simulated by the typical operating conditions of the urban water supply,by field testing of the measured data and EPANET simulation data were compared to verify the actual pipe network simplified physical model of rationality,the detonation tube and pipe network in the most unfavorable control point data and real water supply pipe network in so agree well,but also reflects the liquid flow abnormal similarity theory and the practical,for urban water supply more than working effectively and accurately to simulate certain theoretical basis.
