Research On Explanation Mechanism Of Intelligent Construction Control Expert System Of Cable-Stayed Bridges

With the cable-stayed bridges’ main span increasing.the emergence of new structural forms,new challenges occurred in the cable-stayed bridge construction control technology.The size of cable-stayed bridges become larger and the structures become complexer.So it is difficult to use ordinary means for construction control.Therefore,the research and development of a set of intelligent cable-stayed bridge construction control expert system is necessary,which can make to construction control to achieve automation and intelligent,make the construction control of cable-stayed bridges more scientific,operational and reliability.Explanation mechanism plays an important part of the expert system,in addition to explain the problem solving process,but also plays an important role in confirming the system,auxiliary system debugging and even access to knowledge.Based on the previous research on the expert system of bridge construction control,the explanation mechanism of intelligent construction control expert system is studied.In this thesis the main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The research purpose,meaning,content and method of cable-stayed bridges construction control are summarized.The status of explanation mechanism in intelligent expert system is analyzed in detail,and the problems of explanation mechanism in intelligent expert system are summarized.The basic structure of intelligent construction control of cable-stayed bridges is constructed,and the knowledge base,data base,reasoning machine and explanation mechanism in expert system are studied.(2)The theory system of explanation mechanism of intelligent construction control expert system is set up.The theory of explanation,user model and determination method in intelligent expert system are studied.The representation of the user model includes human classification,determinism factor,complexity and importance factor and fuzzy user model.The explanatory mechanism expressionincludes prefabricated text method,tracing explanation method,strategy explanation method and automatic programmer method.The exchange way of explanation is presented:text interpretation,graphic explanation and case explanation.The strategy of explaining the mechanism of intelligent construction control expert system is presented.(3)The software of interpreter the expert system of intelligent construction control system of cable-stayed bridges is developed by Java.Implementation of the development of subsystems such as knowledge base,database,control decision,explanation consulting.The interpreter implements the predetermined function of each function module of the system.(4)The Software is applied to the Chuangye Bridge construction control process,to achieve the monitoring data management,knowledge explanation,the use and explanation of control decisions and the explanation of advice.The control process and the results show that the effect is perfect.
