Fan blades are key components of aircraft engine,which located at front of the engine to provide most of the thrust.In working condition,fan blades will deform under various loadsgenerated by external air flow and rotation.The deformation of blade will affect blade performance,sometimeslead to serious consequences.Therefore,it is necessary to design the blade shape with Pre-deformation,so as to counteract the deformation.So there are practical application value about the research on the Pre-deformation of hollowed fan blades.This paper mainly introduced the method of Pre-deformation about hollowed fan blade,and the method of developing a corresponding design platform through NXOpen API and.net technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The design platform can generate blade model which include blade body,hollowed cavity and rib through parameters automatically.Besides,the platform can divide blade,mark surface and process pre-treatment of FEM analysis automatically.(2)The design platform can do FEM analysis of blade model automatically,which include define blade mesh match condition,assign material,define boundary conditions,mesh and set analysis plan.(3)The design platform can do Pre-deformation of fan blade in No-linear condition automatically,which include the method of Pre-deformation about hollowed fan blade in No-linear condition and the scheme of convergence checking.Besides,verified the feasibility of Pre-deformation method through two different blade model.It turns out that model A reached the accuracy of 10e-6mm within 30 iteration and model B within 31 iteration.(4)The design platform has a graphic user interface,which can set parameters of modeling,FEM analyzing and pre-deformation design conveniently.In summary,this paper designed the route of the hollowed fan blade modeling,the method of blade analysis and Pre-deformation.At the same time,an integrated design platform introduced in this paper can fulfil a task rapidly that includethe missions of blade modeling,analyzing and Pre-deformation.The platform improved design efficiency greatly and provide basis of optimization of the hollowed fan blades.
