| Rapid urbanization context of human-land tensions brought about frequent disasters,making the landscape approach to seek its appropriate risk assessment and prevention methods as an important direction of exploration in the current urban security research.The hydrological characteristics of mountainous areas are more prominent in gully landforms,which can easily lead to disasters such as flash floods,landslides and debris flows.Especially in the disorderly encroachment construction gully section,the lack of safety assessment of urban construction,resulting in personal and property loss is more urgent.Based on the mechanism of gully disaster under the mountain hydrological characteristics,this paper analyzes the mechanism of flood disaster caused by rapid catchment,landslides caused by surface runoff erosion of ditch slope,weak ability to adjust drought and waterlogging caused by weak water storage capacity,such as gully water security issues.Through the practice case of Wushan Longtan ditch,the paper proposed the strategy of the gully-water safety urban design of "the construction of flood control system about rainwater gullies ease","diversion slope mountain trail design",and "comprehensive utilization in low impact development of water resources".While the use of landscape ecology,sustainable way,explore the capacity of disaster prevention and reduction of disaster area,is our country city comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation planning mechanism construction practice support,but also improve the "expanding city double" theory.Thus those help to maintain the weak gully ecosystems restricted by mountain hydrological characteristics,and achieve the target of the mountain city water resources’ scientific planning,optimal allocation and efficient use,and could provide theoretical and practical experience for developments and constructions of sustainable mountain city.The whole paper is divided into four parts to explore the urban renewal of gully area under the influence of hydrological safety:The first part,Based on the increasingly severe disaster caused by the tension between people and land under the rapid urbanization context,this paper puts forward a way to think about the disaster risk avoidance strategy,which is an important way to realize the disaster reduction and sustainable development of the city.And summarizes and summarizes the research trends and achievements in this field both at home and abroad,and combs out the research structure and framework of the paper.In the second part,According to the complexity of mountain environment,the characteristics of mountainous hydrological characteristics such as rapid catchment,hydrological power and uneven rainfall distribution are analyzed.The mountainous hydrological characteristics are analyzed from mountain rainstorm,landslide,debris flow and water resources temporal distribution Under the influence of the characteristics of the ditch and its disaster formation mechanism,extract the important factors of disaster.In the third part,taking the urban design of Longtanggou in Wushan of Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzes the mechanism of gully disaster under the hydrological characteristics of mountainous area,and puts forward the design of gully ditch flood relief,mountain slope diversion and water resources time and space adjustment.Strategy.The fourth part,summarizes the constructive ideas of the security system of the ditch construction in the mountainous cities,analyzes the shortcomings of the current research,and elaborates the follow-up research. |
