Vehicle driving simulation system is a closed loop simulation system,which is mainly used in automotive design and performance analysis,ergonomics,road design and driving training.At present,the domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers,technical research institutes,universities and so on have carried on the extensive research to the vehicle driving simulation system.According to different purposes,system requirements and design with different emphasis,mainly used for analysis and man-machine engineering design and performance of a vehicle dynamic model of vehicle driving simulation system for driving simulator is accurate enough,the calculation result is close to the real physical world,the visual display system,sound simulation system,the simulation can provide near somatosensory the real motion of somatosensory and visual,acoustic and tactile feedback to the driver.Aiming at the key problem,consider from the system level,the introduction of vehicle dynamics simulation software,the mature virtual reality display of the latest technology,the design of the six degree of freedom driving simulation system,mainly completed the following work:1.The driving simulation platform at home and abroad is studied,and the system scheme and performance requirements are determined.The key technology is analyzed,and the technical scheme is determined.2.Based on the virtual reality engine Unity 3D and the three-dimensional modeling software 3ds Max to build the virtual vehicle test field driving simulation environment,and through the virtual display helmet HTC vive display.The scene model with high accuracy is made,and the sound effect is obtained.3.According to the laboratory to complete the six DOF motion platform design stage,finished in MATLAB/Simulink somatosensory modeling algorithm and human vestibular evaluation model through the simulation,the human vestibular evaluation model simulation algorithm of filter parameters are adjusted.4.The road reconstruction method of Carsim is analyzed,and the reconstruction of virtual vehicle test field in Carsim is completed.5.Based on the real time system of NI PXI and vehicle dynamics software Carsim the vehicle dynamic simulation model is built.6.Completed the development of the six degree of freedom driving simulator system based on virtual reality.Through the above research work,it has realized the important module in the driving simulation system design.The vehicle dynamics model can be used to calculate the driver's input in real time and accurately.Visual system can provide a more realistic immersion effect.The control effect is good.
