In recent years,with the increasing in car sales,our country is facing increasingly serious road safety problems,in a variety of road environments,corners compared to other roads,more prone to danger,all kinds of vehicles in the corner turn Prone to slip and rollover and other instability,these factors make the corners become a traffic accident multiple sections.Automobile active safety technology and driving support system development,in order to solve the problem of vehicle driving safety provides a new way of thinking.At the same time,the application of wearable technology in automobile is more and more extensive.Due to the direct contact with the human body,the author can use the wearable equipment as the actuator of the alarm signal.Based on the vehicle dynamics theory of vehicle coupling,Cracking speed warning system.The driver may be alerted when a dangerous condition may occur during driver's driving.Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics of the vehicle-vehicle coupling system,the vehicle dynamics model,the typical curve model and the driver's preview model are established in CarSim based on the virtual simulation experiment technology.Through the closed-loop simulation of human vehicle road,the driving state of the car under different working conditions is simulated,the dangerous state that may occur in the course of the curve is analyzed,and the necessity of the curve driving warning system is verified.The dynamics parameters were analyzed.Secondly,through the previous curve simulation experiment,the appropriate parameters are found as the early warning index of the early warning system.The lateral load transfer rate(LTR)is used as the judgment condition of the car rollover,and the three-degree-of-freedom vehicle rollover model is established and verified The correctness of the model,the LTR value of the real vehicle is observed by the rollover model,and the rollover prediction algorithm is designed to verify the validity and the applicable range of the algorithm.In the judgment of the car's skid,the safety factor based on the yaw rate and the centroid flanking speed is designed.Through a large number of simulations,the sliding characteristic parameters under different conditions are determined,and the sliding warning algorithm is designed and verified.The scope of application of the algorithm is discussed.Finally,the two warnings are integrated according to the rollover and skidding algorithms and the alarm level is graded according to the risk level of the driving state.Finally,the overall design of the early warning system,introduced the overall structure of the early warning system,the use of vehicle sensors,ECU processor,Bluetooth signal transmitter and early warning actuator,according to the current characteristics of the wearable equipment to choose a smart watch as an alarm Actuator,designed a different alarm level when the driver's alarm mode.The early warning system realizes the real-time monitoring of the driving stability of the car's corners and can alert the driver according to the dangerous state of the current state of the vehicle.It can assist the driver in the driving process of the driver.
