Key Technology Research About Steel Box Girder And Steel Anchor Box Construction In The Jiashao Bridge

Jiashao Bridge is a long span bridge that spans the Qiantang River,it is the first double steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with six cable towers and four cable plane.Main girder is a flat streamlined box girder,and the cable is anchored on the tower by steel anchor beam.Jiashao Bridge is a long span bridge and has high safety grade,design service life is 100 year,and so producting and installing accuracy are very high for the steel box girder and steel anchor beam.The key technology of production and installation of steel box girder and steel anchor beam are researched for the Jiashao Bridge in the thesis.In chapter 3 and chapter 4,it is researched that section division and process technology for steel box girder and steel anchor box in the Jiashao Bridge,that are included unit process technology and segment assemble and weld.In chapter 5,the pre-assembled technology is studied about large steel structure that includes the purpose and linear control method and implementation measures of the pre-assembled.In chapter 6,for large steel components,the production quality is a key factor that decided structure performance and durability.Quality control measures are studied about the geometry size control and welding process and welding inspection.In chapter 7,the coating system design and technology is studied.According to the international standard,classification of corrosion environment is determined,and the coating system is designed,and the final coating solution and operation requirements are given.
