| DC motor has been widely used in a variety of electromechanical systems due to its high cost-effective and good stability.The performance of a motor control driving module directly influenced the whole system’s function and performance.Therefore,higher requirement to DC motor control driving module is inevitable.Although there are lots of researches and products at present,for high power,the products with high integration,built-in current and speed of the double closed-loop control are not too much.Designing a kind of DC motor control driving module based on the characteristics mentioned above has significant meaning.The main researches will be introduced as follows:1.Based on the parameters of products domestic and abroad,referring to the requirements from party A,a detailed plan based on pulse width modulation principle with brushless DC motor control drive subassembly has been proposed.This plan integrated two current closed-loop control driver and encoder speed detection interface,which has the characteristics of high integration and high power2.To ensure the function and performance of current closed-loop control circuit and encoder speed circuit in these two critical parts in the design plan,a corresponding circuit model has been built in the simulation environment.Besides,the simulation and analysis of these two parts have been completed.The results fully meet the objectives.3.In order to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the control drive component,electromagnetic interference principle analysis was performed under the conditions of high power and complicated electromagnetic environment.The theoretical derivation and parameter verification calculation were performed from the aspect of PWM frequency selection,the analysis of wave absorbing network and the matching of DC motor.The experimental results provide the help for the following experiments.4.Considering the widely application and importance of brushless motor,according to the characteristics,roughly introduced the brushless motor control of the sine wave pulse width modulation principle and space vector modulation principle.Moreover,a design scheme that brushless DC motor control driven component is presented and described the theoretical description and simple analysis of the circuit.5.In order to verify the performance of DC motor control and driving component,an experiment using the same driving module compared with the foreign well-known manufacturer under the circumstances of same size and same platform.The results showed that the performance of the self-designed control component is better than the foreign products,which means meet the requirement of various types of mechanical and electrical servo systems and devices... |
