Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete has the advantages of insulation,bearing,energy saving and light weight,which meet the national standards of building energy saving and have wide application prospect.In recent years,in the context of energy conservation and emissions reduction,in order to meet the higher requirements of building energy saving in our country,it is necessary to optimize the insulation properties of micro-beads.Fly ash is an industrial waste of a large and highly polluting environment.Floating beads is a kind of solid waste produced by its combustion process,which has the characteristic of high strength(about 6 times the size of microbeads)and low heat conductivity.Therefore,in order to ensure the mechanical properties of vitrified glazed hollow bead insulation concrete to replace the sand,the floating beads as fine aggregate added to the glass beads insulation concrete to optimize its insulation performance is an important way.In this paper,on the basis of C35 grade of grade glazed hollow bead insulation concrete,we study the influence law of the drift beads fineness,substitution rate(replace sands)to replace the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete working performance,mechanics performance and thermal performance.Mainly includes:1.Study on the effects of different fineness of floating beads on the properties of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete.Studied the influence law of three different fineness(1.9,2.5,3.2)floating beads when replace rate was 50% for glazed hollow bead insulation concrete working performance,mechanical properties and heat preservation performance index,the results showed that:Floating beads to replace sand have a negative effect on the thermal insulation concrete compressive strength,compressive strength decreased by 10.9% ~ 21.5%,but has obvious effect on the thermal conductivity,which is reduced by 14.9% ~ 27.6%.Meet the insulation concrete design strength floating beads fineness optimal heat transfer performance corresponding to 1.9.2.Study on the effects of different bead replacement rate of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete performance.Studied the influence law of five substitution rates(0,25%,50%,75% and 100%)on the performance,mechanical properties and thermal insulation index of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete,the results showed that:(1)With floating beads replacement rate increasing,the slump of thermal insulation concrete increases first and then decreases,the substitution rate of floating beads is 50% and 75%,the mixture and workable performance are good.(2)With floating beads replacement rate increasing,the tensile strength,the axial compressive strength and the elastic modulus performance of thermal insulation concrete are decreased.When the floating bead replacement rate is greater than 50%,the compressive strength decreases significantly,and can not meet the design strength.The tension and compression ratio of a thermal insulation concrete which mixed with floating beads,the ratio of flexural were higher than the reference value.In a certain extent,the incorporation of floating beads can improve the ductility of insulation concrete.(3)With bead replacement rate increasing,the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation concrete decreases gradually.When the substitution rate is from 25% to 100%,the thermal conductivity decreases by 6.4% to 34%.(4)To meet the design strength of concrete,the optimal heat transfer performance of floating beads replacement ratio is 50%.Comprehensive analysis the influence law of floating beads fineness and replacement rate to the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete working performance,mechanics performance and thermal performance,we get the relationship between the relevant performance indicators,analysis and draw when floating bead fineness is 1.9,the replacement ratio is 50%,the performance of thermal insulation concrete is best.
