Safety monitoring of long-span cable-stayed bridge has become an important part of bridge safety maintenance.To establish the finite element model is suitable for the safety assessment of the important content of bridge health monitoring system.Because of the actual construction scheme and design drawings at the beginning of the planning adjustment,material parameter selection,structure unit selection,such as discrete error factors Co.the meta model,the differences between the cable-stayed bridge structure finite element model and the actual structure,so the model is improved by correction is very important.The cable-stayed bridge belongs to statically indeterminate structure by vehicles,wind,earthquake and other factors,in the bridge after a period of time,there will be different levels the damage.The damage of bridge structure seriously endanger the safety of transport.Based on the single tower and double cable plane cable-stayed bridge of Hongfeng Lake Bridge as the engineering background,the ANSYS finite element simulation software platform,Through the analysis of static and dynamic load under different conditions,the tower,cable,beam expansion modeling,calculating the stress,stress amplitude,analyze the spatial distribution regularity of the dangerous section of each structure is discussed,and the overall of finite element node comprehensive structural analysis of cable-stayed bridge.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1)Hongfeng Lake bridge model updating parameters.In this paper,the actual construction parameters based on the modeling calculation,according to the characteristics of cable-stayed bridge structure,according to the relevant literature,in the model unit types,parameters and other aspects of correction.Analyzed the dynamic characteristic frequency by ANSYS finite element simulation platform,combined with the actual bridge frequency in based on literature the bridge after the completion of the two fundamental frequency between the error is small,the model can meet the engineering precision requirements;2)In the calculation of static and dynamic load conditions,pylon,cable girder,stress distribution characteristics and changes,risk analysis of cable-stayed bridge structure stress area,provides certain reference value for the cable force of cable-stayed bridge cable adjustment and update;3)By calculating the structural stress,according to thecharacteristics of the theory of corrosion damage and damage of structure materials,structure analysis,and the remaining life of structures is discussed,for the safety evaluation of bridge safety monitoring system to provide some value,but also provide valuable reference for bridge maintenance work.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the development of the health monitoring and damage identification of large cable-stayed bridges is prospected... |
