Study On Evaluation Of Highway Construction Supervision Effect Under Construction Agent System

The implementation of construction supervision system in China’s engineering construction,plays a positive and important role in ensuring engineering quality and saving construction cost,but for various reasons,the actual supervision Lack of awareness,construction projects involved in the nature and role of the supervision of the parties is not enough depth.It has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,From the international point of view,the advisory unit can provide management services is not always limited to the construction stage,according to the project model and the needs of the owners,can be properly involved in the project pre-design,bidding and other stages.In 2015,the Ministry of transport issued the " highway construction project construction agent management method ",the purpose is to further promote the application of the construction system in highway construction.In the method,the author proposes to encourage the supervision unit to enter the construction agent market and carry out the construction work,which means the integration of highway construction units and supervision units,which is the application of this new project management mode in highway construction.Based on the development of highway construction,this paper expounds the basic theory and development status of agent construction and supervision,and analyzes the advantages of the "construction and supervision" integration model in highway construction compared with the traditional model.Secondly,this paper puts forward the advantages of the supervision unit to carry on the project construction,points out the influence of the construction on the supervision enterprise and the trend of the supervision enterprise transformation;using DEMATEL model to construct the evaluation index system of highway construction project supervision under the agent construction system;Finally,the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the effect of the supervision work.The evaluation model is applied to the evaluation model,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is validated.The effect has certain rationality and feasibility.
