| The sand shovel is an important part of sand cleaning vehicle of railway due to its working in large impact force,got the cycle stress and complicated contact mechanism with sand,so the sand shovel’ performance directly influences the effects of sand cleaning and sand cleaning vehicle of railway’ longevity.The scraper of sand shovel contact with sand in nonlinear force state,its shape not only affects sand shovel’ force but also the collecting effect of sand cleaning vehicle of railway.So studying the problems which sand shovel’ the shape,the dynamic characteristics and transient statics characteristic has very important significance.The article study some points that(1)Sand-shovel and sand-sand contact model were established and based on the model building model’s parameter analysis and calculation method,then established and simplified the sand shovel’ three-dimensional model,experiment of sand and shovel and contact parameters.(2)Using the method of DEM,not only carried on the simulation to the height of fixed shovel but also the shape and the angular speed of sand shovel,then using the results of simulation to optimize the two major parts that is sand shovel and fixed shovel.(3)To deal with the complicated problems of getting force of the sand shovel,with the condition of the optimization results,DEM and multi-body dynamics coupling method was used to study the sand shovel’s instantaneous angular velocity,angular acceleration and torque,to further optimize the shape of sand shovel.(4)To prevent sand shovel to face stress concentration big deformation and structural strength problem,using the result of dynamic optimization and importing the EDM date to finite element software analysis of the sand shovel’ static problem,getting the sand shovel’ stress and strain solution.(5)Set up the bench of collecting sand,to make experiment on the process of collect sand,verify the accuracy of DEM method and coupling method result,foundout the deficiency of the both.(6)According to the characteristics of sand close to medium,using EDM method analyzes the sand shovel characteristics about collecting sand featrures,instantaneous static,dynamic featrures,and making reasonable improvement to sand shovel.The results of study not only applies to the collection of sand,but also have important guiding significance for agricultural till machinery,excavator machinery,mining machinery optimization,and having a broad application. |
