With the rapid development of heavy haul railway technology,the increasing of axle load and marshalling makes the dynamic action of heavy-duty railway vehicles and the dynamic load of rails larger.The wheel-rail relationship could deteriorate,which places higher demands on the geometrical parameters of rail lines.As an important parameter in the design of the curve track,it directly affects the safety and stability of the heavy train,the wheel and rail wear,and the service life of the wheels and rails.Based on the present situation of heavy haul railway curve parameter and dynamics research,the method of combining statics theory and dynamics simulation is adopted.The major works are as follows:(1)The literatures on the traditional theory,calculation method and parameter value of curve superelevation are studied.In practical use,the various factors that affect the safety of the vehicle are determined.(2)Based on the stress of heavy-duty vehicle,the superelevation calculation model of the curve is established by using the static theory.The model takes into account the quality of the truck system,the center of gravity offset,the center of gravity height,coupler force,vertical stiffness and lateral stiffness of spring suspension system,and lateral wind force in natural conditions.Correction suggestion to the traditional calculation is presented.The results show that there are some differences between the three-dimensional calculation formula and the traditional plane calculation formula.(3)Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics,a heavy vehicle model,train model and track model with 30 t axle load are established.Through the simulation of the operation of heavy vehicles and trains under various operating conditions,the influence of different curves on the safety performance of the vehicle is obtained.The difference between the plane and the three-dimensional calculation,and the difference between the vehicle and the train are all proved.(4)Under the same conditions,compared with the simulation results of the 60-vehicle hybrid train system model and the single vehicle model,the longitudinal,lateral and vertical coupler forces between the vehicles will have some influence on the wheel-rail force.And thus the curve superelevation is very different,when the internal and external wheel-rail force equal.
