| According to the author’s information,at present,the research on the internal spatial structure of Dalian City.It is no longer taking photos as a descriptive qualitative analysis of the photos,but there are some quantitative methods.It can be seen that the use of quantitative analysis methods to study the spatial structure and function of the city has become the focus of current research.In this paper,taking the evolution of the street network and the function of the land use in Dalian as the research object.It’s based on the quantitative spatial analysis methods of Space Syntax and Fractal theory and combining statistical and traditional comparative analysis.Through making a systematic analysis of the quantitative analysis、exploring the relationship between them and summarized to the urban spatial street network topology and land use evolution characteristics of different ages in Dalian,and putting forward a rationalization proposals.This paper not only provides a new perspective、new research methods and new ways of thinking for urban design,but also provides technical and theoretical support for urban master planning and regulatory detailed planning.First of all,explained separately the space syntax theory,the composition process、principles and scope of the fractal theory and the space syntax theory,and try to build a street network topology evaluation system and fractal characteristics of land use evaluation system,and token Dalian area as the old space for empirical analysis.Secondly,through the analysis of the large retail distribution of the four historical periods in Dalian to analyze the evolution of commercial center in different periods of Dalian.It not only verifies the reliability of space syntax,but also prepares for the analysis of the evolution of the street network integration characteristics in Dalian.Based on the analysis of the core features of the old city in different periods,it is found that the global integrated kernel axis shows a strong path dependence.The four period of Dalian,taking Wu Hui Road,Zhong Shan Road as a Mainly development axis and developing on both sides of the horizontal axis.Taking Jie Fang Road as the vertical axis to the south,the spatial structure of "two horizontal and one vertical" as the spatial development pattern of the old city.And through the integration of the evolution of the core axis in 1980 and 2016 to predict the development of the old city spindle path change and potential development center.Again,through the analysis of Dalian city land use change characteristics,analysis of the evolution process of the old city space form,the function of city land ratio changes,the fractal characteristics of the evolution of city land use,and in the form of land use,land use layout,leading to soil types into five aspects of land use structure,summed up the law and the evolution features of the land use structure of the old city.Finally,through the use of the distribution relationship between the analysis of topological structure of network and the functions of the streets,each function with fractal dimension,and the street network topology and the interactive relationship between land use structure,Got the following four conclusions:It is found that there is a significant negative correlation between the fractal dimension of the total land use value and the global integration degree and the connection value in the old city of Dalian;the fractal dimension value of the public service facilities in the old city was significantly negatively correlated with the fractal dimension of residential land;the fractal dimension value of green land was negatively correlated with local integration and connectivity.Through the above analysis process,combined with the corresponding evaluation system,the following four suggestions :Firstly,Strengthen the integration of nuclear street space design,set aside enough parking space,building space,green breathing space and flow distribution space,enhance the core attraction and social vitality;Secondly,Appropriately increasing the density of street network,and promoting the development of the global integrated core to "network",thus weakening the constraints of the urban park on the development of the street network;Third,In the process of urban development in Dalian,it is not appropriate to develop urban landscape resources;Adjustment of land use structure and function structure,so that it needs to unify with the street network topology structure and promote the sustainable development of the old city of Dalian. |
