Urban High Density Central Building-oriented Urban Public Space Compensation Design Research

With the process of rapid urbanization,industry,information,energy,capital and population are centralized to the city,and highly concentrated resources inevitably to the high density environment of the city,and the limited land resources and the demand of sustainable development promotes the formation of core region of high density in the city.The development pattern on the one hand to save city land resources,improve the efficiency of the use of public infrastructure,improve the city environment activity,but on the other hand,it also brings a decline in environmental quality of the central area of the problem generated public space loss,traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other environmental.In this paper,the urban public space is proposed for the construction of public space caused by high density.Through the investigation of the building example in typical cities in China,this paper studies the case classification,graphic analysis,The design level and the urban design level summarize the construction-oriented urban public space compensation design method,in order to achieve the improvement of urban high-density environment.Firstly,through the comparison of the planning regulations at home and abroad different effect on the city public space,analysis the limitations of the existing evaluation standards and city management,summed up the compensation strategy of macro,specific design of city public space for the construction of the guide provided guarantee.Next,through on-the-spot investigation and case analysis,starting from the design of the building itself,combined with the practice of the specific cases,compensation design methods of public space are summarized,and the design of stereo space nodes including ground environment,building space for the release of the base of regional integration.Then the relationship between city public space for building oriented and city environment,analysis of city cohesion methods city public space,including the combination of design and relevance of the street environment according to the overall design elements of the city and city traffic with stereo design.Finally,the paper summarizes the methods of public space compensation proposed in this paper,and considers its implementation in the future urban development,and provides the theory and practice for the future construction of public space in high density central area.
