| Lashing bridge is an important component of the container ship,its security guarantees cargo transport.Influenced by the excitation of the main engine and propeller,it is common phenomenon that the lashing bridge resonates.The resonance of bridge may result in structural damage and freight loss.Hence,avoiding resonance is an important step in the lashing bridge design,which is usually accomplished by modal analysis.If we can improve the efficiency of modal analysis,we will no doubt improve the efficiency of container ships’ design.The main content of this paper is to forecast lashing bridge vibration quickly and accurately,as well as complete the parametric design of lashing bridge so that the engineers can quickly get the natural frequency information of the lashing bridge.Firstly,this paper introduces the significance of large container ship lashing bridge parametric design.On the one hand,this chapter introduces the development trend of the super large scale container ship and the importance of lashing bridge vibration check.On the other hand,this chapter describes the benefit of parametric design in the engineering practice.Secondly the paper describes the basic theory of natural frequency calculation,finite element modal analysis,vibration characteristics of the lashing bridge and the parametric theory are introduced.This section is the theory fundamental of the paper.The third part is the main body of this paper.It can be divided into three parts: the realization of parametric modeling,wrapping the APDL command flow,the parametric design of lashing bridge.In the parametric modeling section,the bridge is simplified based on theory and experience,parametric commend is accomplished by APDL language,errors are minimized by error analysis.In the process of programming,VB language is used to design software,so that users can parametrically design in any computer installed ANSYS.At last,by using the lashing bridge sample,the paper completes parametric design of the lashing bridge and investigates the parameter sensitivity.At the end of this paper,it gives some practical suggestions to optimize the calculation procedure and improve the accuracy of the lashing bridge. |
