Small high-performance reducer is widely applied in some high-tech fields,including aviation,military industry,robot,etc.Small precision reducer obvious advantages,compared with other products,compact structure,high precision,small reducer gear ratio.But the domestic related research,especially in terms of a small accelerator,started relatively late compared with abroad,there are some problems.On the one hand,the relatively immature theory;There is a problem on the other hand,the manufacturing process.Because of the small module gear,small accelerator processing mechanical cutting,more is the use of injection molding and powder metallurgy technology.Including the theory and process of these two aspects is insufficient,also make the jobs of domestic small reducer performance theoretical design in be used actually cannot achieve the desired effect.According to the performance of the lack of small gear reducer specialized test platform,the key is to independently develop the corresponding testing equipment.First of all,the performance detection,object for the processing of small gear reducer;Secondly,according to the result of the experiment,found a design flaw,find out the insufficient performance.Through specialized test platform development and design perfect relevant theoretical research.Because of the small gear reducer type is different,the performance test working there is a difference,according to school device type and the scientific research conditions,meet the precision and regulating speed,and general test platform of requirements,and the core requirements.Because of the different functional requirements,this paper puts forward the structure scheme of modular design,the test platform is divided into three modules,including gear reducer,power source and load respectively the three modules.Design the corresponding supporting of the devices to meet the test requirements,consider reducer size,type,and the difference of the shaft way,improved the traditional method detection device.Due to the testing work dynamic load,the connections between components exist plate deformation,which could cause the axiality deviation between the connecting shaft is big,build a good platform,need to analysis the stress deformation,guarantee the test reliability.In addition,in terms of quality and function of evaluation has good test platform design,is the small gear reducer link,as a result of actual test work to ensure that the test platform of generality,and integrity.
