The Planning And Exploration Of The Area In Hongshan Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In recent years,with the domestic macroeconomic transformation,many industrial investments have been made in domains ranging from city properties to tourist real estates in suburban areas.Since the initial designs are ambiguous and post management is not perfect,many tourism real estate projects disappear,causing the local natural environment to pay a high price and become unworthy for traveling vacationists.The annual meeting of ecotourism Summit on Sustainable Development in China 2014,gave the real estate industry and our designers points to think about.The key point of future development in China’s eco-tourism is the cluster.The development of tourism products need to be regionalized and the service levels need to be internationalized.Traffic lines need to convenient communication distribution.The surrounding scenic areas need quality and normalization.In particular,the application of a geographic information system is an effective method to improve the basic development intensity and architectonic precision in ecological areas.The purpose of this topic is to provide a new point and guidance on sustainable eco-tourism real estate and put forward more possibilities for the operation in the Inner Mongolia near the North China region with national characteristics of the tourism real estate construction project.The background of this paper is that domestic scholars haven’t made enough specific in-depth research and exploration tourism planning in the Inner Mongolia area for many years.Which led to imbalance in the development of ecology and economy.The previous planning is to make ecological maintenance to be filled in short,from the source of reasonable control.How to avoid the imbalance of grassland ecological construction and avoid the destruction of grassland ecological environment is the main problem in this research.The purpose of this paper is to plan and construct a tourist scenic spot which is more in line with the local cultural background and is more suitable for the local climate and ecological environment in Inner Mongolia.During the discussion,we use the method and the theory of combining the protection and construction,focusing on the application of native vegetation,and following the ecological environment of the project.In this paper,the content includes the natural resort ecological communities,historic buildings,Inner Mongolia architectural implications and derivative utility,ecological architecture bionics and Hongshan Yuma Bay Life Resort’s planning function structure analysis.Lastly,an example of ecological holiday planning suitable for Inner Mongolia in North China is given,as well as the concept of ecological planning which should be considered in the future.How to achieve transferring beautiful ecological embodiment to the beautiful economy,I think that the protection of ecology is the most basic bottom line.The project is located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Chifeng city Hexigten Banner(World Geological Park)Hongshan southwest horse farm,belonging to the Beijing military region.It locates at the confluence of the area between Greater Khingan Range mountains and the Yinshan Mountains.Scientific and rational development is necessary for making the ecological beauty into the economy,in order to allow the economy to be able to cast the core power of ecological beauty.We have made an example of eco-tourism planning for Inner Mongolia.After several times throughout the investigation and field survey as well as repeated planning and architecture changes,making eating,living,travelling,shopping and entertainment,the dynamic and static streamline construction placed in the project system.The final product can form the beauty of the landscape which can let visitor feel the charm of the view and the enjoyment of culture.
