Exploration And Research On Planning And Design Of New Campus Of Linyi University

The modern university campus planning and design will not only have an important role in promoting the development of colleges and universities,but also have close correlation effect on science and technology development and social progress,become an important part of city planning.Colleges and universities have irreplaceable effects on urban development,effectively coordinating the elements of humanities,historical factors,and factors of urban development.Campus planning has become the core element of the campus environment.It can not only enhance the popularity and influence of universities,but also provide the key guarantee function for college students to learn and grow.At present,with the rapid changes in the concept of education in higher education,and the reform of higher education,the public put forward more stringent requirements for campus design.In this paper,the new campus building design of Linyi University as the research object,respectively,on the mode of theoretical knowledge,construction of modern campus design from the theoretical level and time environment,and the way to solve the existing problems.The first is the literature data,can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the study of this subject,then the case analysis,the new reference of modern campus design concept,explore the main contents are as follows:(1)to draw domestic and foreign actual operation experience,with reference to the construction of the new campus scale,development goals,to achieve,and the actual situation,explore the campus design from the overall level,and the corresponding measures;(2)refer to relevant national policies and regulations,as well as the construction of the new campus of the general situation,combined with the modern campus planning concept,focuses on the factors required for the new campus,on the basis of the principle of design factors,factors,factors and design concept,mode etc.;(3)the characteristics of effective planning of new campus and the surrounding community is closely related to the function of the original building,residential landscape and campus culture based on the development of innovation in the process of the new campus planning and construction,can consider the functional properties,structure attribute,spatial attribute,traffic attribute,and landscape attributes,determine the design way and Practice on the basis of the procedures;(4)relying on the future strategic planning of colleges and universities and the actual difficulties arising in the construction process,the new campus planning shouldfirst adopt the theoretical analysis method,and then based on the intense experience and application.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant measures for the construction of new campus,which can provide the necessary analysis basis for the research and practice in this field.
