Energy issues have been the focus of attention around the world,building energy saving is also high-profile.In China,how to effectively reduce the energy consumption of public buildings has been concerned about the issue,and this topic focuses on one of the types of public buildings-office buildings.Office buildings because of its use of functional requirements with the characteristics of the diversity and functional complexity of the plane,naturally will consume a lot of energy.The northern Hebei region has the cold and regional climate and environmental characteristics,but also increased the energy consumption of office buildings in the region.To deal with these problems,our country has promulgated the relevant energy-saving standards and has been revised and perfected over time: "Public building energy efficiency design standards" GB50189-2015 expect public buildings’ s energy efficiency to achieve 65% or above 65%.This paper aims to carry out simulation research on the energy saving of office buildings in northern Hebei,to provide relevant reference for the project in energy saving design.The paper mainly focuses on the energy consumption analysis of small and medium-sized office buildings in Zhangjiakou area in northern Hebei,first summarized the relevant regional energy-saving technology strategy,and then choose the region more typical Zhuolu traffic police command center for the study.Through the field research and testing of the building,record the relevant test data,finishing analysis of measured data,through the data change rule,the paper summarizes the defects of building energy consumption,find out the construction link that the building energy is relatively weak.And then use PBECA energy-saving software on the Zhuolu police traffic police command center annual energy consumption simulation,the performance of the peripheral protective structure of the building was analyzed by simulation data.and then adjust the construction of the relevant construction practices,especially the weak part in the previous test,thereby enhancing the thermal performance of the outer envelope and associated structures,to make it meet the national standards for energy efficiency,and energy efficiency has been further improved.Hebei region is more emphasis on the winter heating energy consumption,because the heating energy consumption in the annual energy consumption accounted for most of the proportion,but taking into account the long wind,wind speed environment and other issues in northern Hebei,the paper also analyzes the summer cooling energy consumption of the office buildings in northern Hebei.To use the software of Airpak on Zhuolu police traffic police command center for the summer indoor ventilation simulation,the simulation results were made to adjust the interior layout,try to create the best natural ventilation in the room,reduce summer air conditioning usage,thereby reducing the summer cooling energy consumption.
