Ordinary concrete since the major impact,thermal insulation performance are some shortcomings to high-rise buildings,large span and the restricting factors of prefabricated construction development direction,because of its light weight,high strength of lightweight aggregate concrete and excellent characteristics,such as earthquake,fire prevention,heat preservation and heat insulation is a beneficial supplement.But as a result of light aggregate concrete in structure research is relatively small,its physical and mechanical properties of many also not too clear,so lead to theoretical research lags behind engineering requirements.In this paper,in view of the lightweight aggregate concrete in the full light concrete,sand light,light stone concrete and concrete mix concrete,according to the research of the related research results,first mix verification;Then respectively made 12 one-way slab and 5two-way slab;By monotonous static load test and the result analysis shows that both kinds of plate are meet the technical specification for concrete structures of lightweight aggregate(JGJ12-2006).Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through to the complete light concrete,sand light,light stone concrete and concrete mixing light concrete cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength and dry validation test parameters such as apparent density,prove that the proportion of the early stage of the research related stability reliability;(2)Made 12 one-way slab,among them,the strength grade of concrete of LC30 respectively,LC35,LC40 each 4;And the same strength grade,the light light concrete,concrete,sand stone light concrete,light mixed concrete 1 piece each.By monotonous static load test,respectively analyzes the different strength grade and aggregate content on the bearing capacity of normal section of the one-way slab,such as failure pattern,deflection,and compared with normal concrete,recycled concrete were analyzed.The results showed that the various basic similar,the damage form of concrete one-way slab and the crack width and deflection in across all can satisfy the JGJ12-2006 requirement;(3)Made 5 piece of bidirectional board,among them,The strength grade of LC30,ALWC,LWCSFA,LWCSCA,HLWC each 1 piece.LC40 1 complete light concrete block.By monotonous static load test,respectively analyzes the different strength grade and aggregate content on the bearing capacity of normal section of the two-way slab,failure pattern,the influence of crack distribution,and compared with normal concrete,recycled concrete were analyzed.The results indicate that the basic similar,the indicators and can satisfy the JGJ12-2006 requirement;...
