In recent years,with the development of urban transport and vertical lift systems,linear motor has get a lot of research and application.Permanent magnet and the coil winding are in the short side and only core structure in the long side of flux permanent magnet linear motor switch,which can greatly reduce the cost of production,so that the motor has been more and more attention,with a wide application prospects.Firstly,the article introduces the domestic and abroad research situation of PMFSLM,and then the working principle is also mentioned.The mathematical model under ABC and dq0 coordinates are derived.Based on the theory of permanent magnet flux-switching motor(PMFS),The main parameters obtained primary and secondary tooth height,tooth width,the width of the permanent magnet,winding winding way,winding turns,etc.The finite element model is established to analyze the influence of different structural parameters on the performance of the motor.Finally,the structure parameters of the motor are determined.The electromagnetic field distribution,flux linkage,back EMF and air gap flux density are determined.Secondly,the magnetic resistance of the motor is optimized by the method of adding auxiliary teeth,and it is proved that the addition of auxiliary teeth can effectively improve the end effect.Comparative analysis of the variation curves of thrust,efficiency and power factor and current optimized flux linkage,back EMF,air gap magnetic dense and the changes of the thrust and draw different power angle;study the different speeds of motor power.The change trend of flux linkage,back EMF and thrust under different air gap conditions are compared.Finally,the establishment of mathematical model of mechanical vibration motor,secondary core motor mode and natural frequency calculation,analysis of the influence of different structural parameters on the natural frequency;The normal force of the motor is decomposed,and the relationship between normal force harmonic and natural frequency is analyzed.
