The Deformation Research Of Tanks Foundation On Tilted Stratum In An Oil Depot

At present domestic crude oil reserves are booming,and need to consume large amounts of crude oil.And industry developed regions in our country are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal regions,but most of eastern coastal regions are soft soil foundation.So foundation treatment is very important.And foundation uneven settlement is one of the important reasons for effecting the normal use or even damage of tank.The soil of tank area is often not ideal parallel formation,but some of the soil layer distribution is tilted.This creates the non-uniformity of tank foundation,which may result in tank's uneven settlement.This paper took the oil tank foundation as the research object,using finite difference software FLAC3 D for the numerical simulation of foundation settlement of single tank and tank group under dynamic and static loads;analyzed the regularity of foundation settlement of single tank and tank group in three different working conditions,that is stratigraphic dip,formation thickness and reinforcement range size.Main conclusions in this paper are as follows:1.Formation dipUnder the action of static load,single tank takes place uniform tilt settlement along the direction of formation dip,and the mutual influence between tanks is greater than the influence of formation dip;under the action of dynamic load,single tank takes place uniform tilt settlement along the direction of formation dip,and the degree of settlement is greater than the action of static load,the mutual influence between tanks is less than the influence of formation dip.2.Formation thicknessUnder dynamic and static loads,the influence rule of stratum thickness on settlement is basically the same.The mutual influence between each tank is small,so the change of strata thickness only makes an impact on the size of the settlement value,not affecting the shape of the settlement curve.3.Reinforcement scopeUnder the action of static load,different reinforcement radius has no effect on the foundation deformation of tanks and the trend of settlement curve;under the action of dynamic load,different reinforcement radius affects the tank settlement significantly.
