| For scroll compressor,the gas leakage between adjacent working chambers and the convective heat transfer between the gas and the wrap greatly influence its pressurization process;in addition,the temperature distribution of the wrap greatly affects the flow field and pressurization process.So the wraps’ temperature field more close to the actual conditions has not been achieved.In order to reveal scroll compressor’s internal flow characteristics properly and analyze the specific influences on pressurization process from gas leaks and convective heat transfer,and get the wrap’s temperature distribution model and the deformation characteristics of the wrap by heat-pressure coupling.Theoretical modeling,optimization analysis and numerical simulation methods are united to study the different working process of scroll compressor is studied to get the law of gas leaks and convective heat transfer and its influences on pressurization process by using the optimized model.A sealing structure of the wrap is proposed to optimize the working process,and a wraps’ gap topology model is proposed to densify the mesh between the gap and study the sealing effect.A temperature distribution model of scroll wrap is presented to calculate the temperature distribution of the wrap,contacting different chambers in transient flow field.At last,the temperature field is loaded on scroll wrap as temperature boundary and the numerical simulation results as pressure boundary to calculate the wrap’s deformation under thermal-pressure coupling.The results show that: because of the gas leakage and heat transfer,the gas pressure in chambers is higher than the pressure of theoretical adiabatic compression.The gas re-circulation rate is large during the meshing gap and the sealing tooth dissipate gas kinetic energy,reducing tangential leakage and making the working curve down;the temperature of wrap decreases gradually with the abduction angle from the center to the outer edge,the temperature of the wrap stratified along the tooth thickness direction,the outside is lower andthe inner side is higher.The wrap’s total deformation produced by thermal-pressure coupling concentrates in the middle ring and the inner ring of the wrap,and the maximum deformation is located on the tooth head point,which has great significance for scroll compressor’s design and working situation’s.prediction. |
